This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

The most welcoming, professional, efficient and smiling staff I have ever experienced!! Room, room service, comfort and location are exceptional. Also, the neighboring (literally adjunct) small shopping center is a very big added value. It has a large supermarket, verity of small shops and two nice local food courts with restaurants and coffee shops. I love the hotel's slogan: "We are all one TRIBE!!!"

The property was amazing for the value , the staff were amazing all throughout the stay and very nice. They made our stay in Nairobi excellent and Ild use them again if I return to Nairobi for a visit and will definitely recommend them to friends. Also breakfast and dinner were amazing.
