Excellent location and staff, it's new hotel and everything was super clean and nice.. very helpful and polite staff .. they have caravan market at the premises which sells souvenirs at very cheap price as compare to local bazaar.. the breakfast was very nice n tasty with good variety. They have good massage options also available onsite, which is good after spending day skiing and at a reasonable price. The bathroom has shattaf, so good for Muslim travellers. All female staff and reception lady helped us with bags as well.

A really amazing place. I have never slept in a tent in a larger room. So it was actually a dorm where everybody had his own privacy in his tent. And this for a good price. The place was very clean. All the day free coffee and tea included. Maxim and Kirill, they owners weree very helpful and gave me much advice. Thank you to them.

My father and I loved our night at this establishment! It looks like nothing from the street, but once we entered the grounds of the house, the owners showed us into a building that contains a beautiful modern kitchen on the ground floor and a few bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. It's just like in the photos, modern and clean. The blankets were super soft, I slept like a baby. The owners are adorable! They don't speak English, but with Google Translate we managed to communicate without any problem. We were able to use their laundry machine and they gave us several apples from their garden. Speaking of their garden, there is a beautiful little spot to relax overlooking the river, very peaceful. Finally, a beautiful typical breakfast, egg, sausage, bread, jelly, cheese, tea and coffee. I recommend staying here!

that reservation wasn't canceled by owner. All previous three I made (different cities) in kyrgizie got canceled on day of arrival. Booking as company doesn't care about that at all. Cost a lot of time to find something else. but this reservatiin for roomzoom was the first without cancelation.

The host was amazing. We arrived late in the evening and she helped us organize transport to Altyn Arashan for the next day in the morning. We even got our breakfast packed to-go at 6:00 AM. We came back to stay another night after hiking because we liked it so much and the breakfast was delicious again.

The staff at Biyik are very accommodating and friendly, making for a relaxing environment. The rooms were also really comfortable and the breakfast was always delicious. This was the perfect place to stay for a week in Karakol!
