Check in was a little tedious because I arrived at their second building which houses the dining area and swimming pool. However, I was promptly karted off in their mini kart akin to a tuk tuk to the right building some 400m opposite. Some small issues with the creditcard machine but I was treated to some fruits and water while waiting. My room was a lot smaller that my previous hotel however acceptable. Multi chained TV, Minibar and hot drinks facilities. Excellent wifi..code free. Breakfast was good but perhaps less so if vegetarian…I wanted to order a vegetable soup but was informed that the broth was pork flavored! However, lunch or dinner on the seafront with sandy beach was truly bliss and prices reasonable. One could also pick up the wifi there. The staff were amazing welcoming and diligent. Lest I forget, if like me you like to continued working out while on holiday…a visit to their gym is a must. Fully equipped ( nearly as good as my home gym…and that’s saying something!!) with all the machines and some, even a punch bag, two water fountains, a sauna and a steam room. One is issued with towels at no cost on arrival at reception. At departure I was given a lift to the ferry port to get the boat to Kon Rong. Wonderful service!!

The best hotel with the best manager and staff and immediate service from the staff. They will inform you about everything, arrange taxi tours and everything you need. Great breakfast with a wide variety of products. Very nice pool where the sun sees it all day. The hotel is in the center and within walking distance and you can walk all over the city. In the hotel and in the rooms there peace and quiet without noise. The room's bathroom and shower is always clean and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel for your staying in SIHANOUKVILLE

this was probably one of the nicest hotels i’ve ever stayed in, it was super clean, it had youtube so we could watch some stuff on tv as we were only there for a night , the pillows and bed were so comfy, they had snacks you could also buy in the room. 10/10 room

If you can avoid this city, I would. It's quite polluted with garbage. Obviously it's poor, and yet there are Chinese casinos popping up everywhere. It is just not a pretty place. I hope the Cambodian /government people can help the place up.

I've seen almost the whole world. I never imagined a coastal city could be so bad, filthy, and disgusting. The city is like a giant construction site, covered in dirt. Don't stay there if possible.

You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy...

You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy colonial French architecture. Such an ugly jumble of buildings I don't think I have ever seen. But - it's the people that count and they seem OK. The indoor market is there if you need something. There's loads of banks and ATMs. I went to the beach and stayed approximately 1 minute since I saw complete lack of infrastructure for sunseekers. I stayed at the Don Bosco Hotel School which has a swimming pool in its large compound. There's a bunch of unfinished construction in the form of building shells but the strand seems completely free of obstruction.

Most people visit Sihanoukville as a stop of point before...

Most people visit Sihanoukville as a stop of point before visiting the Koh Rohg Islands, it’s a different experience as the city is filled with half built hotels, tower blocks ! Apparently the Chinese investor was putting a lot of money into the place for offices and casinos around online gambling but when the Cambodian government made it illigal in 2019, the building work just stopped - so it’s got like this apocalyptic feel about the place - worth a short stay

The Sihanoukville I remember no longer exists .it's now a resort city catering for Chinese tourists, hardly any English signage anywhere. The cities roads seemed to have improved. But a lot of buildings left on hold now half finished properly due to the Covid slowdown. Seems like Macau in the tropics

This was the second time I stayed at OmHome and it was as enjoyable as the previous visit 2 years ago. Unfortunately the owner Manon wasn´t there but Mr Vipol who runs the place was very friendly, kind and helpful. Location and the overall vibe at OmHome is special and that part of Sihanoukville has still the same feel that the whole city used to have. The Otres beach is a short walk away and it is a nice beach. Go and visit OmHome, you won´t be disappointed :)

Our stay at Naiya Sea Resort was one of the best things about our trip to Sihanoukville. The modesty of the hotel was more than compensated by the friendliness and hospitality of it's wonderful staff. We enjoyed our time at the pool both during the day and in the evening, and had a comfortable stay between our trips to the beach and explorations around the city.

Although Sihanoukville wasn't the right destination for me (it was mostly Chinese tourists, casinos, and the entire city had everything in Chinese), my stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The service from the staff was fantastic.

Luxury hotel, Chinese style, attached to a casino. Very modern and clean. Customers are mostly Chinese. Very well located close to Serendipity road and Ouchheuteal beach. Not cheap but aligned with 5 stars standard. Gorgeous breakfast.
