Where do I start… koulen hotel is absolutely fantastic. Not your typical Cambodian hotel. It doesn’t have the soul an older hotel might have nevertheless it’s brand new, sparkly clean, the staff is the most welcoming, the location couldn’t get anymore central, the pool and facilities are 5!stars and so are the breakfast and the pool snacks. The value for money is incredible I can’t wait to go back.

Staff 100% friendly and professional. Tuk Tuk service from the Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the city was amazing, the drivers are really professional. The service was really good, cleaned hotel and beautiful place with a mix of local design and nature. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The place is simply great. From the moment you arrive you feel the quiet and special atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, pleasant and helpful with everything you need, the rooms are clean, cozy and spacious and the service is exceptional.
