Amazing location for Seiul sightseeing - two major subway stops are very close and the area around the hotel leaves days for exploration. Very clean, room was spatious, coin laundry available. Staff extremely polite.

The room was very spacious and comfortable; the free minibar was very appreciated! The location was great, right in the middle of an area full of good shops and restaurants (right in front of the hotel there are many Korean fried chicken shops, which were a delicious option after a long day of sightseeing!).

Its a good place if you want to venture out and explore the surrounding areas, The staff were very professional and helpful and will go the extra mile to make your stay more pleasant. Facilities are well maintained and everything is to a high standard, Breakfast was lovely and would recommend joining the Marriot club membership which is free to get extra perks.

Hotel was so modern (toilet had auto bidet, heated seats etc). Our hotel was only on 4th Floor so did not have a good view but the lobby view of the river and interchange was awesome.

    I loved every tour (I did about 8 including Busan). I come from a small country 5 million total. Same size as Japan. I was living with 10 million other people. Just blew me away considering the size of my own country. Loved the people- young and old. Always willing to help and put you in the right direction. Food was scrumptious- I tried dining out in different restaurants for variety. Sub stations were easy to follow along side the buses. Loved the shopping malls, Han river walk at night time - watching families having family time together. That was wonderful to see. Young ones taking tricycle rides along the. I caught the fireworks there. That was absolutely spectacular ! 🥰🤩 Others want to travel through to Seoul so I will be bringing some back on my next visit. Cheers Korea 🥳🤩🥰🙏

    Enjoyed shopping Korean cosmetics, easy to get around. Clean city with many places to visit but I did not have the time to visit places. Great food, I ate at Lotte Hotel. One can take the City Tour bus, which gives an overall sight of the city

    We used the Hop on Hop off bus as we were so short on time to see things. We saw all the major attractions and would recommend After being in Tokyo and going to the viewing platforms there, the N Seoul Tower beats all of them

    Seoul is a vibrant and diverse city for travellers to explore. It is extremely clean and safe, features excellent public transport, signage is in both Korean and English and is easy to follow. Locals are friendly and go out of their way to assist anyone looking lost or confused and the amenities such as nursing rooms, kids cafes and playgrounds for babies and children are beyond excellent.

    I had high expectations and they were all met! Seoul is such a vibrant city and people are really welcoming ! The language barrier can be an issue sometimes so I advise to learn the basic words and avoid planning your trip based on ChatGPT. It might sound all school but a metro map and your instinct will be better than waiting hours for a « mid » salt bread

    Honestly, I liked everything.

    Honestly, I liked everything. It’s a very diverse city and there’s so much to see and do! Each neighborhood has its own charm. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, since there’s still so much I haven’t seen and tried. I really liked the mixture of modern and cultural/historal. The only downside was that there were a lot of construction sites. My favorite thing I did was renting a hanbok and visiting the palaces. Both Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Changgyeonggung Palace grounds were hugeeee and it gave a special feel to walk around there in a traditional hanbok (plus you get a free entry when you wear it!).

    Location was excellent - you could reach the hotel with one train from the Incheon airport. Personally I really loved the Hongdae neighborhood - there were many cafes, shops, bars and clubs in the district that gave many options where to spend your evenings. We stayed in South Korea for 2 weeks and this was our favourite hotel. The premises and room of the hotel was quite new, with all necessary appliances. Check in/out was on the upper floor and the staff was really helpful - they even found my bracelet that I thought I had lost.

    Conveniently placed for a transfer from international to domestic terminals. This hotel is placed inside the shopping centre which tunnels in from the subway. Have stayed here both times on my South Korea trips when doing overnight transfers as it’s just so easy to get in and out with our suitcases. Stay was clean and comfortable. Also appreciated the crisp clear big tv with streaming services. The standard room and bathroom was spacious enough to be quite comfortable too. Bed and pillows were comfortable, no problems there.

    The location was convenient and fun. There was plenty going on around the hotel and there were several metro stations nearby to get around Seoul. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet. Like all our hotels in South Korea there was a window that opened. This was fantastic - even though there was a little bit of street noise, it didn't last long.

    It was super central. Great coffeeshops close by to try out. The airport bus station is 5 min away from the hotel which is also super convenient. The staff was excellent and super professional. I travelled for three weeks in South Korea and this was by far my best experience. Highly recommend it.
