Very comfortable and excellent facilities in room. Great dining room service. Indeed a very good service from all of the most cheerful and helpful staff. A most pleasant stay. Great value for the money. The only slight problem is that it is not particularly well located for travel around the city, not badly located but much walking involved as it is not close to one of the Metro stations. They ordered me a Uber taxi once which arrived promptly and was very cheap. Definitely recommended.

Really specious apartment with great walking distance to all points of the city. Warm personal which is trying to make your stay enjoyable and ready to help. We spent our Christmas Day in Qazaq Auyl, the breakfast was good and they served on time. The location is great, our cabins is situated on top and had a 180 degrees view of the surrounding mountains and trees covered with snow. The cuisines they serves at the restaurant was good and delicious.
