Natalay was our superhero ! She was super supportive when a cab driver took our money. She informed security at exit, and we went after the cab on a hotel golf cart to recover from the driver. This was an extraordinary and impressive act the way she cared for their hotel guests. We have travelled 84 countries so far and have not seen this kind of commitment by any hotel staff !

A fantastic location with newly built, thoughtfully designed guest houses. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. There's a large barbecue area, and some houses even have saunas. We stayed as three families (9 people including kids) and occupied four houses — each one was perfect. And as a bonus, there are adorable local cats living on the property :)

I had a fantastic experience at Rahat Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the managers stood out as especially understanding and considerate, making sure every request was handled smoothly and on time. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, thanks to the outstanding housekeeping team. The modern furniture and thoughtful amenities added a touch of comfort and elegance throughout my stay. What also made a big difference was the hotel's location, conveniently situated for most city tours and activities. Overall, it was a great stay. I would absolutely recommend Rahat Palace to anyone visiting Almaty.

I absolutely loved the place I had a breakfast at, because I could see the hills from the terrace. The breakfast was very delicious, I had everything I wanted, eggs, meat, cheese, fruits, joghurt and there was a coffee machine. I had a PERFECT coffee every morning. The towels were changed each day. I've got the complimentary fruit plate the first day I've got check in. The staff was very friendly and helped me all the questions.
