extremely friendly and helpful staff. excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. perfect match for the price. for all those posting negative reviews: please remember that this is a £25 a night hotel, which is probably the lowest in terms of price that one can find in almaty. you cannot expect sound proof rooms, stately king size beds, room service and concierge at this price. one has to be realistic. for all those complaining about the staff not being proficient in english: has it occurred to them to use an online translator?!

We stayed couple of day in the area, we were like it. Upon arrival we got upgraded one of our room, because one of room wasn’t ready. Upgrade room, without additional charges, that was unexpected! Very helpful staff, kind and professional, as I can see they care and pay full attention to each their guest and trying by any possibility to make guest happy! Anything we asked them we got quick service! Thanks for it! Rooms are spacious and clean, what is highly important to us, I really like it the place, and highly recommended! Ahhhh restaurant food , wooow, as per my husband he never tried food tastier than here. Definitely we will recommend your place to our international friends who planing to visit Almaty. The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Invited us to share dinner which was lovely. The tent and bedding was clean, warm and very comfortable. It is a pleasant and quiet natural environment on the property. Overall a really nice experience.
