The personnel was very attentive and polite. The view to the river from the balcony was just amazing! The whole hotel was decorated in a very stylish manner. The shower and toilet are separated, which is very rare in this part of the world. Price/quality ratio was excellent.

It is a beautiful garden themed property, with attention to details, great staff and most kind host. She advised us on the Alms Giving and made it a most memorable experience. The hotel, not in the center provides a shuttle for dinnertimes into the centre. Nice breakfast

Tina was such a wonderful host! She gave great advice about the loop, helped us with everything (scooter, laundry, bus) and made us really feel at home. We had a massive and delicious family dinner with her, the staff and other guests. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning. If you want to relax and enjoy a few days in Paksé (after the loop), we definitely recommend Heaven Guesthouse. Thank you so much!

Best buffet breakfast of any hotel in Laos (and I have stayed in dozens). Economic room, very clean and comfortable, plenty of electric outlets and good desk for work. Lighting good including bedside light. Good water pressure in shower and hot water.

This hotel is perfect for good wiew over the Mekong river. Very close to supermarket and 7 / 11. The staff even helped me exchange Thai bath to local money.

Pakse was not super interesting but the hotel - wow. The best staff, the room and hotel was so clean and comfortable. And the balcony and pool was brilliant. Best pillow I have for the last three months of travel.
