Staying here was a very good decision. The location is great, in a quiet part and a short distance from the center. The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day. There is a rooftop pool which is great after a day of sightseeing. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast rich and changed every day.

Perfect location of the hotel at the main road in the city. It is very close to the central Pakse market and in a walking distance from the new supermarket. I really liked the size of my room. Everything was nicely clean and spacius. Also there was no noice or any other distractions. We even had a lounge area with a large sofa to sit on. Bathroom is also large. I enjoyed a walk-in shower with strong shower head - something that is still not a standard in SE Asia. I also liked the services that the front desk provided and their friendliness. They organised a motorbike rental and they took us to the bus station when we were leaving. Accepting credit cards was like a cherry on top!

I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance.

I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. The local people are very nice and helpful. The local food was delicious, and the environment was a relaxing atmosphere. If you get lost any local would help you with directions or even take you to your destination. Pakse had many Buddhist monuments that you can walk into and explore and take pictures. Wonderful little city would like to come again.

I loved the zipline over the Tad Fane Waterfall. It was definitely worth the money. The waterfalls are a bit far away from each other on the loop. The sunset from the Buddha on the hill or from the side of the Mekong river is just magical.

Pakse is probably one of the most beautiful places with really incredible people. We rented a bike, it was safe for us there are not many cars on the road and the ones on scooter drive safely. We rented the scooter via the hotel, drove the waterfalls and all around Paske. The have a great market, really good . restaurants

Pakse is a small, dirty town without a clear center.

Pakse is a small, dirty town without a clear center. Few good restaurants, and few people speak English. You have to have a scooter to get anywhere. There are interesting places in the area but not many of them are properly developed. Rather, their best years are behind them. On my next visit to Pakse would like to avoid Pakse city.

Unfortunately I was only in Pakse for 1 night. The city has lots to do and lots to offer, however isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing. Many come here to do the Pakse loop which is supposed to be great.

The most fantastic stay you could have in Pakse. I'm so thankful I stayed here. I was treated like family, we even shared dinner together, where I got to try authentic Laos cooking The staff are amazing people. The room was so comfortable and big, the shower had hot water. The communal area was great for meeting and talking to other travellers. The area is really convenient too very close to the market and friendship mall, good restaurants and coffee just around the corner. Thank you so much heaven guesthouse 🙏🏼❤️

This is a very nice small (boutique?) hotel located in a quiet part of the Pakse township. The property has a good colonial-style ambience, and is reasonably well maintained. All the staff members are very cordial and ready to help whenever needed. The property owner is a kind and gentle lady who provides excellent information about travels around Southern Laos, and is able to organise transportation for her guests both within Pakse as well as to other destinations beyond.

The staff were so kind, helpful, great English and enjoyed talking to their guests. Helped with recommendations on places to go, things to see. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, well decorated. It was closer to a hotel than a hostel. Pool table, large communal area and free water fountain by reception. Returned for a 2nd night after a couple of days on the Bolevan Plateau and they let us leave our big bags while we were away

One of the cleanest places I’ve been in Laos. Comfortable bed. Shower gel, q-tips, hairdryer, sewing threads at disposal. They organise tour to see the 3 main waterfalls around Pakse. If you don’t ride a motorbike or scooter and avoid the loop, it’s a good solution. Unfortunately I didn’t know it before arriving at the hostel and I couldn’t partecipate (I stayed only one night), but I think it worth.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was large enough and clean, with the lighting better than in many mid-range hotels. We were only there overnight and did not get to the pool but took advantage of a nice little street-food market straight across the road that night.
