Nice modern hotel with a swimming pool, well sized rooms, and not too far from the city Beirut. If you ask for room make up you get a very clean room everyday! Good treatment, even the hotel manager wanders around the hotel and asks about our stay in the hotel and if we have any other wishes!

perfect ! breakfast is so delicious. just small minus is that you need to wait for your food. it’s was just once open buffet. there is stunning view on swim pool area and from a room. stuff is so friendly, helpful, well-trained and cool. service is so fast with any inquiries. water, fruits, food, any extras … they delivered in 3-5 mins. wow !

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay.
