Lovely, comfortable hotel in Walapane. We loved everything about it. Our room with ensuite bathroom was fabulous, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and both were delicious. Highly recommended.

I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

This property is in the middle of tea estate. Food is awesome and they cook wit care and love. Very safe for solo traveller. One of my best stays. Property staff is excellent, Manu the property manager will make sure to give you direction before you arrive. He also made sure to take me for a small trek and showed the near by places. I truly felt cared and well taken care of.

The most beautiful and hospitable hotel ived visited globally , food excellent, staff superb , rooms clean . Food again I cannot rate highly enough. This hotel screams old English etiquette with a modern touch . Really one of the best hotels and I highly recommend. Could not recommend this accomodation enough! It is very conventionally located away from the busier centre in a peaceful area but with a shortcut path only a short 7 minutes right into town. Both Roshan and his wife were such great hosts, very accomodating, always checking in and gave great recommendations for paces to eat, activities to do and transport options on a budget eg giving me info on busses! Facilities are great with a private bathroom and shared kitchen as well as a clothes washing machine! Room was spatulas new and clean. Could not fault it!
