Beautiful hotel with modern clean rooms and an immaculate swimming pool surrounded by jungle scenery. Most importantly, the staff did whatever was needed to make our stay enjoyable. The English Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fruit and fresh juice. One day we had an early trip with a local guide Sampa Wayo and the breakfast was prepared for us in takeaway containers. Another day we fancied red wine and the staff purchased and delivered one for us immediately. Thank you!

We made our booking late at night, and even at that hour, Malith was incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner was also very polite and accommodating. After making the reservation, I called to confirm and everything went smoothly. The room was perfect — very clean with fresh linens, and the overall atmosphere from check-in to check-out was superb. Best expirence you will have in sri lanka ! First of all the house itself is a peace of art ! You can see the hostes think of every small detail and alot ofoney was invested to make sure gusstes are happy ! From the uniqe decoration to the tje built of the house and matireals of huge stones and wood all over rhe house huge speaker system the mosf beautofull jungle view i had ever seen ! And most importent the hosts ! Lovely couple that you can feel the love and hospitalety they give to the guestes from high qualify diverss meales made by a chef how is the owner to the rides trips and all requesr we had they did more then we ever expected and with a huge smile every timr !! Surly the besf faciliys best foid best view and best hospitalety i had ever recived ! No words will be enoghu ! Thank you jani and malu ! We are for sure going to be your guestes soon ! The space at 4 Seasons Holiday Home was amazing, it was a large house all rooms were spacious. The outside area where we spent much time was lovely, looking onto jungle trees. Mali was a wonderful host making sure our stay was comfortable. She gave us lots of information about the area and where we could go. Mali and her husband Janeke took us in their car to show us all the local restaurants and hotels in Ratnapura where we could eat. Even offered to take us to show the migrating birds settling on the phone wires in the evening, however we opted out as it was raining heavily. Mali is so kind and considerate we will not forget 4 Seasons Holiday Home this is where to stay while visiting Ratnapura and just a short walk to town.
