One of the most friendly hosts in all Sri Lanka. The bungalow is beautiful located and well taken care of. Everything was very clean. My girlfriend had birthday while the stay and the host arranged a surprise for her - really really nice. Would come here definitely again!

We were very happy to stay in this beautiful hotel with a great staff. From check-in to check-out, everything was fine. The rooms are modern and offer a fantastic view. The area is very nice and clean. The food at the Welligama Kitchen is definitely a highlight, and we enjoyed the excellent food and service a lot. We would like to express a special thank you to our personal "assistant," Nishadi; she was very kind and helpful. We would also like to thank the great kitchen and service team, with a special mention to Nazmi, Thiruna, and Fayaz. They truly made a difference by doing a fantastic job in making us feel very welcome and providing a high-end service. In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and culinary delights made it a truly memorable experience. The place is new, so it’s very clean, everything in it is brand new. No smell of dampness. Very comfortable, very good host. The place offers nice breakfast (though breakfast is different every day), washing machine. It’s near the ocean so you can surf just at the same beach. Has a rooftop with ocean view where you can have breakfast and party. It’s really small - it has only two private rooms (and a dorm, but now working yet) so if you book those two rooms you’ll probably be the only guests in there.

Our stay at Hotel La Dolce Vita was nothing short of amazing. The friendly staff welcomed us with warm smiles and excellent service, truly making us feel at home. The room was impeccably clean, adding to our comfort and relaxation during our stay. Situated in the best location, we had easy access to all the amenities and attractions we wanted to explore. One of the best stays I’ve had on Booking.com. The host is a genuinely good guy — always smiling, always ready to help. His family lives downstairs, guests stay upstairs — you get full privacy and peace of mind. The rooms are spacious, with a fan, AC, and hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s always fresh bottled drinking water available. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, covering the entire property — perfect if you work remotely or just want a stable connection for streaming or calls. Every morning starts with jungle sounds — birds, peacocks — peaceful and refreshing. It’s just a 7-minute scooter ride to the center of Weligama, and the road is smooth all the way, so getting around is easy and stress-free. The second floor is kept clean, and they’ll change towels and bed linen upon request. Security cameras cover the yard, so you can even leave your stuff outside without worrying. Solid spot — clean, private, well-connected. Would definitely stay again.

Very beautiful stay with the most lovely people!! The pool is very nice, and the views are amazing. The rooms are big, clean and the shower is very nice (and hot!). It's not too far to walk to the center and the beach, but the location of Sapiens Home is quiet en peaceful. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is more than welcoming and kind, where they helped us when there were stray dogs in the street and we could not get passed them and made me feel special on my birthday with cake, a board and congratulations. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were greeted with the warmest hospitality imaginable from the moment we arrived. Pasindu and his family went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our nearly two-week stay. He recommended a lot of places to see near Weligama. Each morning, we had a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Pasindu introduced us to a whole variety of flavors and dishes. As for the room, it had everything we needed for our stay - a comfortable bed, shower, A/C. The local beach is a 10-minute walk. Supermarket - 30min walk, but you can use a bus or tuk-tuk. Bus stops are 10min walk as well. We really enjoyed our time in Weligama. The hosts' kindness and generosity made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for an experience we will cherish!

The location is quiet, but not too far from Mirissa town and other local amenities. The villa has an absolutely amazing member of staff who stays onsite during your stay. He was absolutely incredible. Alongside his duties taking care of the villa and garden, he prepared breakfast, arranged tuk tuks and onward transport and also gave advice on activities for our trip. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great, especially considering this was a last minute booking for us (same day arrival within a couple of hours of making a booking request).
