Everything was great.Rooms and bathroom were very clean and well managed. There was a T.V with streaming services which make our stay wonderful. Kitchen had all equipment necessary for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay. I would surely recommend this place.

This hotel absolutely amazed us and truly stands out from the offerings in Sri Lanka. It seamlessly combines modern design with a touch of traditional Sri Lankan culture. An important detail worth mentioning is that the hotel is owned by a renowned Sri Lankan artist, and this is evident in every corner. Location is perfect. The only hotel in the beach, there is no one a couple of kilometers each side. For comparison, if you go to Unawatuna you will see the difference, the very negative one. Service. The staff is very nice. Restaurant food is gorgeous. Have compared it with the best restaurants in Galle. Beach and view from the balcony are very nice.

All was great. The hotel is very new and everything felt like that. Regular room cleaning. Individual wifi router in each room, high speed and good quality. The pool is regularly cleaned, warm water. Amazing manager. Friendly staff.

Great location in a small, peaceful and very smiling community. Gorgeous setting by the lagoon. Close to the main road with plenty of great food options. Walking distance from a lovely buddhist temple. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh mango in season!! Room super clean and tidy.

Villa Kaya is amazing!!!!! So calm and nice accommodation. Staff is really polite and kind. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean and comfortable - nice pool and monkeys ... they were amazing. It has a super nice vibe and I am out of words really!

Great location - the beach in front of the hotel is wide and sandy with hardly any people. Our room, the Presidential Suite was absolutely amazing. A huge beautiful space with great sea views. The breakfast space is lovely by the pool with cooling sea breeze. The staff are lovely - the transfers arranged by hotel with their driver were the best ones we had during our trip to Sri Lanka.

What a beautiful place to stay! Great place to relax by the pool or use as a base to explore the area. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious and really wished we could have stayed longer. The host Peter really made everything special!

The place is located right in front of the beach which is so convenient. It is possible to rent surfboards and have amazing meals. The staff is very hospital and friendly. Highly recommend!
