Lost for words, the elegance and charm this place exudes is beyond me. I booked a room and there were two other rooms scheduled to arrived but did not show up. Ended up having the entire place to myself, the service from the staff was amazing and personal. Photos do not do this place justice, I'd give it a 20/10 if I could. Atmosphere felt so romantic me and my then girlfriend (now Fiancee) got engaged there.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Lion in Galagadara. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and clean, with stunning mountain views that make your stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious — freshly prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Kandy area who wants a calm and cozy experience with great hospitality!

This place was absolutely incredible — a true hidden gem in the heart of nature. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye, everything was perfect. The entire atmosphere is one of relaxed luxury: beautiful design, modern and tasteful aesthetics, and delicious food that exceeded our expectations. It’s one of those rare places where you feel pampered and at peace at the same time.
