I had a wonderful stay at this private luxury cottage near Galle. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage was exceptionally clean, with comfortable linens and all the necessary amenities, including tea, coffee, hot water, and toiletries—all provided free of charge. The complimentary WiFi covered the entire cottage, ensuring a seamless connection. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, served in a peaceful setting with the soothing sounds of birds and stunning nature views. The location is ideal, close to popular tourist attractions such as waterfalls and monasteries. Additionally, the nearby village offers unique experiences like cinnamon peeling, hiking, and birdwatching. Overall, this cottage is a perfect blend of comfort and nature, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Godahena was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature – the perfect spot to relax. Despite the quiet location, everything important is easily reachable by scooter. The staff were amazing – friendly, attentive, and always there when needed. The food was excellent, with a great selection to choose from. Always freshly prepared, and you could truly taste the quality. Every meal was perfect. We felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend Villa Godahena for anyone looking for a private, relaxing getaway with excellent service.

Impeccable service, from the warm welcome at the entrance to the attentive staff throughout our stay. Every detail was carefully considered, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The room was nice, had a nice comfortable sleep. The attention to cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations. Waking up to the sounds of birds was an added luxury you get here with natural surroundings. the unobstructed mountain view from my room was a perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Our stay at the Dormero Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of amazing! The staff here is truly the best we have ever encountered – attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with a fantastic ambiance and exceptional hospitality. Without even asking, they graciously upgraded our room because there was availability – such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka (out of 5 hotels on our trip). Everything was outstanding. The staff and service were fantastic and friendly. We had amazing stay in this beautiful room! Villa is very cozy and comfortable. Also you can use clean and big kitchen with fridge, toaster and microwave. Most of all i liked the manager and owner Silva, he answered on all our questions and helped us a lot, also we was really happy with local food and especially breakfasts. I highly recommend this villa to everyone, quite cheap comfortable and cozy place ❤️
