I recently stayed at a hotel Ocean Breeze Cottage during my vacation, and I had a wonderful experience! The room was nice,Clean and included a balcony with a stunning sea view, which made my mornings extra special. The hotel’s location was also a big plus since it was close to town, making it easy to explore. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, and I appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful colonial house, quaint, clean, comfortable and recently refurbished ! Very close to the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the village centre ! The ownner , pleasant and helpful , is excellent at organizing tours as well as driving you there. A good and tasty breakfast is served at Blue Maalu Resort , a short distance away ( 5 minute walk ), with an fantastic sea view overlooking a small clean beach !

The whole house is very beautiful, good pool and surroundings . In house restaurant serves good food and they cater to all our requirements. The staff here is also very cooperative and helpful . One of the best accommodations we had so far in Sri Lanka and we can't recommend it enough! Everything was like described and care takers were super friendly. Brand new property which have a front view to the beach at the same time its conveniently situated next to the main road, which made finding a public transport or tuk-tuk super easily. One of the highlights of our stay was sitting in the balcony with breathtaking sunset views, cool music playing and a variety of delicious dishes creating a perfect setting for drinks. Overall, my experience at the Ocean front Villa was nothing short of magical. Whether you’re looking for a beach getaway or a base to explore Sri Lanka’s shore, this place is a gem that should not be missed!

The staff were so attentive, helpful and caring towards our stay. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The private pool was amazing overlooking the sea, plenty of wildlife around to immerse yourself in. Sanjeewa’s cocktails were fantastic, he is a very talented mixologist. It was our 2nd wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond when finding this out with a private dinner with fireflies around us as well as a birthday cake made on the day! The couples oil massage was incredible and was such a great experience!

We had the most wonderful stay at Darashana Beach Hotel - highly recommend to anyone staying in Kosgoda ! Absolutely stunning view of the beach from both our room and the breakfast terrace. The room is clean, equipped with AC, mosquito nets. Extensive breakfast with fresh fruit salad and the most delicious juices ! There is also a pool area, although we spent most of our time at the beach (1 minute away). The staff was truly so helpful and kind. Suitable for couples, families and groups of friends alike, wifi strong enough to work remotely for those who can never quite put down their laptops ;)

A fantastic hotel in a great and quiet location. The facilities are new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a wonderfull room with a kitchenette, perfect for spending several days. A special mention goes to the manager, Methsiri. He helped us with everything and was incredibly attentive. He recommended a nearby restaurant with delicious dishes, and he also arranged a taxi to our next destination. We’ll never forget you, Methsiri! Thank you for everything!
