From the moment we arrived, a lush, verdant entrance welcomed us, leading to an unforgettable reception. Our gracious hosts, who were already prepared for our arrival, greeted us with warm smiles and an incredible surprise—a complimentary upgrade from our superior room to the hotel's most spacious suite, along with a free upgrade to a half-board booking that included a fully paid dinner. The hotel's ambiance was one of pure elegance and luxury. Every detail, from the stylish furnishings and abundant greenery to the fresh citrus scent that filled the air, was meticulously curated and absolutely breathtaking. The genuine care and joyful guidance from the staff made us feel not just like guests, but like welcomed friends. Our Suite and the Hotel Grounds Our suite was simply fabulous. It was a spacious and beautifully decorated sanctuary, where every detail had been carefully considered. The room's design embraced the surrounding nature, with green views from every window that paired with a cool breeze to truly enrich our souls. The suite included a full bar, a large, well-maintained bathroom, two balconies with seating areas, and a luxurious lounge with a large smart TV. The bed was a dream of comfort, and even the mosquito net was so elegantly designed that it blended seamlessly into the decor. An extra bed provided for our daughter was just as comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with robes, slippers, and all the necessary toiletries. The rain shower, with its strong water pressure and warm water, made every wash a refreshing experience. Thoughtful touches like an iron, an umbrella, and an electric room warmer were also provided, showing the staff's dedication to our comfort. Stepping outside the suite, we found a huge lobby with multiple indoor seating areas and shaded outdoor spaces.

The location is simply stunning. Views from the terrace, the pool and the room are incredible regardless of weather. Pool is in a garden setting where the tea bushes meet to edge of the garden. Food good and not unreasonable. Staff very attentive rooms simple and old world charm but all in keeping with the hotels age.

Greenfield bedz was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view that was both calming and inspiring. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And to top it all off, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the experience. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The view is gorgeous up there! The room with the balcony is amazing. It’s really clean and the man working there makes sure you have a comfortable stay. You shouldn’t mind walking a steep path for around 10min to get to the house.

Everything! The beautiful and peaceful house is located in the midst of tea plantations. We got to wake up to fresh air and mist in the morning. We were glad to spend 3 nights in the king suite, just doing nothing. The breakfast and dinner were so delicious and generous. The staff service was excellent and treated us like royalty. We had mint tea and milk tea in the afternoons. They arranged a tuktuk to take me to the waterfalls and Nuwara Eliya attractions which were about 1 hr away. Riding through the tea plantations, mountains and waterfalls was one of the best rides in Sri Lanka. Just amazing! Highly recommend this place to stay if you are in Hatton.
