The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and very stylish. It was great to have access to the living spaces and not only the bedroom. We were also very happy to be able to use the washing machine. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Although we didn’t have much time to enjoy the daylight, the gardens at the hacienda are beautiful.

Staff was really nice! They made you feel home and relaxed at all times. Food in their restaurant was also very well made! Even the western food was just nice! Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Garden towards the beach front and beach access is perfect and really beautiful! Well equipped with everything you can wish for. Special thank to the waiter who even made sure we get a breakfast packed for our day trip because we didnt have time for breakfast. If you go to the beach, you start walking left you will see some rocks in the distance. Walk there cross the rocks and on the other side you can snorkle for free, some dead but also lots of live corals and plenty of fish to see 😊

The view from the room is stunning, both at sunrise and sunset. The staff were so lovely and happy to help with everything. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Only a short drive from a supermarket and pharmacy if needed.

The location is perfect, its clean and quiet. The hotel itself has the most beautifully maintained garden, very serene and clean. The rooms are very clean with strong aircon and a fan. The beach is a few steps away from your room. The restaurant area is beautiful, overlooking the sea. The staff are exceptionally friendly accommodating and the dinner in highly recommend. You can feel the passion and care they put into the food they make. The menu changes everyday and its an experience not to be missed. We felt fully refreshed after our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. If you're looking for somewhere calm, beautiful with great food and easy access to other beaches to explore this is a great spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Avila Nilaveli Beach. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that made the heat feel like a distant memory. The location is perfect—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful Nilaveli Beach, which was so convenient for daily visits. What really stood out, though, was the flexibility of the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, adjusting breakfast times to fit with our activities. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.
