⭐ (10/10) Fetnale Retreat was simply unforgettable. Set in the mountains and jungle, it had the most breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The service was the best we have ever experienced in any hotel, the food was exceptional, and the rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. Our guided walk to the waterfall was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Every detail was flawless—this is why it’s a perfect 10 from us.

Incredible comfort and hospitality. European perfect quality. Magic nature view, clean fresh water in swimming pool, tasty and variety food, comfortable bed, silence and quiet. Amazing little paradise. Very nice and helpful staff and the best place to have a few relaxing days. You habe to be mindful of the fact that it is quite a way to Kandy city center, but we loved the fact that after a day in and around the hectic city we could return to a refreshing and peaceful retreat.

The location is simply amazing with a stunning view on a lake and mountains. Small team extremely dedicated to make your stay a pleasant one. Kudos to Thiloka for her patience and always smiling. Great breakfast and food, the best we had in Sri Lanka. Definitely a place we will remember.

Getting there by private car was a challenge, google maps is simply not accurate. Best way is to contact resort before. The team is outstanding, booked only a day before and they managed to make us feel at home. Will come back for sure
