Rooms were extremely clean, spacious and even we could do the laundry :) The best thing is that they allowed us to check out 2 hours later to be synced with the train we had to get in the Colombo main station an hour later. The contact through Whatsapp was flawless, always willing to help!

We had a really great stay here!! Tharanga was the loveliest host and they couldn’t do more for us. He has amazing English so communication was super easy. The pool is massive with a shallow kids section too, rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was insane, we had a few different curries and string hoppers for breakfast! They were very accommodating and let us order for specific times with vegetarian options It’s currently off season so it’s quiet, and they really kindly let us check out a couple hours later than the initial time. The whole complex is beautiful and they even had a ‘beer pub’ with a wide variety of drinks. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced and overall the stay was great value A little bit far from the town but this didn’t bother us as we just wanted to chill. A day before the end of our pedal bike expedition. We arrived in Puttalam after pushing against heavy winds for more than 80km. Tired and stinking actually. Bassam, the owner and care taker of Just Inn, spoke and helped us secure the bicycles. Just inn is a kind of AirBnB or simple and beautiful homestay for any tourist. We stayed that night, tidied ourselves. Bassam rode us in his tuk tuk to the salt flats near by and later we went to a one of its- state of the art - kind of small veg hotel for dinner. We both are lifelong vegeterians. Just Inn is a simple and beautiful homestay. Clean and comfortable stay - like a home - one night or 10 nights - the experience is lively. Anyone who wish to stay there can ask Bassam about our endurance journey in SriLanka. Even though we spent very short time there at Bassam’s place.. a strong bonding was made and I think we will remember each other for a lifetime.. Thank you Bassam for everything…

Channa, the owner, is a lovely man. We had a last minute check in with him, and he arranged a spacious, comfortable budget room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was very good. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Highly recommended.

It was absolutely fantastic! We were so delighted to be in such a paradise as a final chill out of our one month's trip in Sri Lanka. It was probably our best accommodation! Nobody is there,just quite fishermen ,who are always busy with fishing and repairing nets. This fresh fish we ate every evening, cooked in different ways ( the prices were also amazing friendly). Very clean,made with love,room with a terrace right on the seaside. Super friendly hosts! If you need to go to the village, they can drop you with tuk tuk(10min). Very clean area in general. Kilometers of empty beach,swimming is great there. Highly recommended!!! Thanks very much, Rexy and his big family!!

Beautiful property and well maintained . The owners were fabulous and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a private bungalow which was air conditioned, clean and comfortable. The meals were great and plentiful. We would visit again.

magic way to end our 3 week trip to Sri Lanka; with a couple of nights ar Dolphin Beach. Pool was the kids favourite and in the sand; with magical sunsets. Family tent was great and everything worked and the Dolphin boat trip in the morning was truely amazing
