This is a family owned and operated business away from the noise of the town, in a tranquil setting. Sanjeev and Lalith were very welcoming, and included us in their family and friends celebration of Sinhalese new year, which was exceptional. Room 3 was very large, and the bathroom spacious and just right. A perfect setting for respite close to nature. The meals were the best we've had in 12 days so far in Sri Lanka!

Had an amazing stay at Blue Mountains View! The hosts were absolutely fantastic—felt like we were staying with friends rather than just guests. Dinner chats were so heartfelt and personal, really got to know each other, which made it even more special. The farm visit was a highlight—truly one of the best experiences, seeing how everything is grown and hearing the stories behind it. I had an amazing stay! The place has such a peaceful vibe, surrounded by nature. The villa was clean and comfortable, and my favourite feature was the inner courtyard, which made me feel so connected to nature. The tree hut was the perfect nook for reading, and the staff even arranged one of our dinners there. We were also able to experience a well bath - such a one of a kind experience! The staff were incredibly attentive, always making sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and full of local flavours. Loved the soothing sound of birds in the morning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dambulla who’s looking for a relaxing and authentic Sri Lankan experience.

This place is THE BEST! Don’t doubt just book :). The area is amazing and the Family is the kindest. You will stay right in the middle of a real Sri lankan farm. It is quite, nature is all around and Ruwan will make time for you to show the surrounding land. You Will meet other farm people that live there. Ruwan is amazing and his Family also! We can’t discribe how lovely this place is. The food they made for dinner and beakfast was sooo good! The room is amazing. You Will have a beautiful clean room with a big window so you can see the land from your room. It is really as amazing as on the pictures and Ruwan and his Family make it even more special.. thank you Ruwan for the beautiful soul you have and everything you shared with us. You now really have 2 Belgium friends and we will keep in touch. Thank everyone for us that made us feel so welcome!

Great location at a mango plantage. Bungalow giving you a full nature experience, so if you can't handle it, take the rooms in the houses. The staff is very kind and helpful, the even prepared dinner exactly according our needs, since we are in a special diet.

The hotel is amazing. It has 3 amazing pools with a great view on the lake. It is surrounded by nature (and wild monkeys!!). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast buffet is incredible. Finally, the staff is incredibly kind and professional. A special mention must go to Dulsha working in the Cafe Kachchan who made our stay all the more unique.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bed sheet, blanket, and a cozy bed that made for a good night’s rest. The bathroom was large with good water pressure, two mirrors, and even a small cube of soap provided. I also liked the thoughtful touches such as the wooden towel hanger and standing fan. Right outside the room, there’s a dining table overlooking the owner’s beautifully maintained garden, a perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful greenery. Dinner prepared by the owners (upon request) was delicious and felt home-cooked with care. Mr. Chaluka and his wife are genuinely kind and helpful hosts who go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. They also offer safari tours at reasonable prices, and for those interested in authentic Ayurveda treatments or spa sessions, Mr. Chaluka can also help arrange great options.
