Great location in a small, peaceful and very smiling community. Gorgeous setting by the lagoon. Close to the main road with plenty of great food options. Walking distance from a lovely buddhist temple. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh mango in season!! Room super clean and tidy.

A perfect 10! Very comfortable, very clean, delicious food, especially the Sri Lankan curry. The staff are extremely professional, dedicated, sincere, friendly and genuinely preocupied with making every element of your stay perfect; which they achieved. A relaxing ambience, good location, everything surpassed our expectations. Enormous, heart-felt thanks to Kumara, Rashan, Janalea, Thushan, Kanthi, Shivama, Arshael, Sithum, Maduva, Umesh, Sumith and Pradeep....that is to say, to ALL of the staff. We came as guests and left as friends and you can't ask for more.

excellent location of the hotel with a view of the ocean. the beach is not for swimming, but there are no crowds of tourists, a beautiful sunset, haze, waves. The owners of the hotel are hospitable and positive. the staff is polite and happy to help. All wishes are taken into account, problems are solved. Breakfasts are good. The rooms, bed, bedding are excellent and clean, shower with hot water.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Oruva Beach Villa 🌊✨ We had an absolutely wonderful time at Oruva Beach Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The villa’s location is breathtaking — right by the ocean, offering stunning views and the soothing sound of waves all day long. Although it wasn’t peak season and the waves were quite strong, we truly enjoyed relaxing and unwinding in our private pool, which offered the perfect alternative. The team was always helpful and attentive to our needs, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we required throughout our stay. Their dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly commendable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We had an unforgettable stay at OMA Hikkaduwa, which turned out to be the perfect way to end our two-week journey through Sri Lanka. Without a doubt, this was the most beautiful and immaculately clean hotel we stayed at during our entire trip! The hotel’s build quality is exceptional, and the stunning views paired with the unique outdoor bathroom created a truly special experience. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with hot water, air conditioning, and spacious balconies for ultimate comfort. OMA Hikkaduwa is a true hidden gem, located just 1 kilometer from Narigama Beach and within reach of great restaurants, yet still offering a serene escape where nature is right at your doorstep. The hosts, Åsa and Chili, are incredibly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel completely at home. A huge thank you for having us—“på återseende”! :)

The property is beautiful. Everything is very tastefully decorated. The furnishings are perfect. The garden pool is really cool and with nature sounds it felt so nature friendly!
