The space was simple, brand new, cozy, and beautifully designed, it felt very cozy from the moment we arrived. The food from the in-house restaurant was incredible, full of flavour and made with so much care. What truly stood out was how warmly we were welcomed. Our immediate family had planned this trip after such a long time apart, and Croft Cottage gave us the perfect setting to reconnect. It wasn’t just a holiday, it was a heartfelt experience shared with loved ones. There’s truly no better way to spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

This was an absolute oasis and one of the biggest highlights of our Sri Lanka trip. Flawless service throughout from Ragu, Pugal and the whole team. Unforgettable accommodation and experience. The tour of the surrounding tea fields was brilliant. Cannot recommend more highly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. What made it extra special were the hosts, who treated us like their own family. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Nuwara Eliya for a week, trying out different places, and J's Villa was the best for its price and super clean. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. We felt at home during our 2-night stay. The host even said they could cook for us if we brought groceries, but we didn't try it because we ate outside. The location is good, not too far from the city – about 15 minutes by car. Overall, it's a really good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

The rooms wrre just lovely , clean ,comfortable and roomy with a sitting area - much better than expected .The views were beautiful and there was a grsat sit out space .The meals were very good and superbly presented . Staff excellent , helpful & friendly.

We had the best stay during our 8 day tour around the country. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff and the facilities were amazing. Of course food. The views were incredible. From the room balcony looking down the lake and the breathtaking mountains absolutely relaxing. Each floor has a lobby area between rooms, my favourite. Good to chill out with a glass of wine looking over magnificent views. Thank you Baron team to make our stay memorable one. Photos taken from the lobby and the balcony.
