Everything! The location, the property and the view are amazing. The owner and the staff are both very polite, helpful and friendly. They let us take a closer look to their bee hives when we requested it and did everything to get to us something that we forgot at our room on our next destination. Perfect experience as the last night in Sri Lanka. The hotel is located in a large tea garden only with 39 rooms, next to a local village, a quiet place with great tea garden view and full of fresh air. The hotel has designed several hiking path for the guest, worth to try. The staff here is extremely friendly and considerate. They almost thought about everything I needed during my stay. The quality of the service here is impressive.

Greenfield bedz was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view that was both calming and inspiring. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And to top it all off, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the experience. I highly recommend greenfield bedz to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

I booked a bed in a dorm but the owner let me stay there by myself. The day after i got upgraded to a private room paying a little difference. He went the extra mile to make sure i was super comfortable all the time, helping me out with the wifi to attend an online class. They serve buffet breakfast included in the price, plus there is also buffet lunch for an honest price and a la carte dinner. The surroundings are peaceful with view on tea plantations and a little lake

Everything about our stay here was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the owner and staff made us feel so welcome, going above and beyond to make our visit truly special. They were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. And the food…..wow! Some of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. From the authentic breakfasts to the mouthwatering dinners, every meal was an absolute treat. The building itself is breathtaking, with so much history and charm. Staying here was a highlight of our trip, and we’re so glad we chose this incredible place. If you’re in Hatton and looking for a memorable stay, we couldn’t recommend it more highly! Thank you for everything, and if we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we will 100% stay here again!

The location was perfect, breathtaking view of the natural beauty, which gave us much-needed relaxation. The staff was very friendly and looked after our interest from the time of arrival to our departure.
