We loved everything with the hotel. The facilities, the spacious and comfortable rooms, the exceptional service from the staff, the food and the pool area. The pool is beautiful and very big. The staff also takes really good care of it. The breakfast is very diversityle and tastes really good. The staff is wonderful and really kind. They will do anything in their power, to make your stay perfect. The beds are fine and the rooms are clean and big. For the price its more than definitly worth it! This is by far the best service i had in Sri Lanka

We had the most magnificent stay at Hilton Yala. Everything was perfect. You could really see that the hotel was newly built, everything in the room was perfect and designed to perfection and the rooms are very spacious. The personal was also super helpful and very friendly and catered all of our wishes. We even had the chance to see an elephant only a few meters away while we were laying on the pool and he entered the property which was amazing! Would definitely go back immeadiately.

This place is amazing.

This place is amazing. We stay with our 3 young kids and the staff were so kind and attentive. All of the small details have been thought of and it’s a wonderful experience in nature. Lovely local Sri Lankan are served for each meal.

It definitely is an experience worth trying.

It definitely is an experience worth trying. The tree house has all the comforts you need but yet kept on the simple side. Don't expect much and you will get a lot. Nice food Bbq and big fire lit for you in the evening to give you a chance to relax and talk about your day activities. It was great to be left alone and the silence of the night. There were times you just felt that we were the only ones there and when you needed something the staff would magically appear

too many jeeps roaming around. 50% of the time we were searching for animals. at some occasions long long jams of jeeps trying to observe leopards and bears the park is beutiful but * jeeps number should be limited * we didnt see a leopard, saw elephants only once, saw a bear briefly only once - for 6 hours in the park we were disappointed

We visited Yala for two days (with two separate game drives...

We visited Yala for two days (with two separate game drives - one evening and one morning one) and although we enjoyed the animals we observed, we did not have any sightings of leopards despite being the national park with the highest concentration in the world. But that is nature so we were just unlucky on those days. However, the most disappointing aspect of Yala was the sheer number of vehicles allowed into the park at one time. As soon as elephants or leopards are sighted, drivers communicate among themselves and vehicles all rush to the scene creating a massive traffic jams. This makes it feel very mass market and doesn’t seem very respectful of the wildlife

Terrible time. No wild animals as expected. Roads are all around the jungle which is pretty disturbing to the wild life. After all it is supposed to be a protected zone for wild life. Jeeps are crawling every corner of the territory. Amused to see all of that disturbing scenes in a wild life protected zone. It's like business zone. Poor animals.

I loved Yala.

I loved Yala. The number of different animals seen was slightly disappointing but apparently wash outs due to rain prevented us from accessing some internal roads. The sunrise and scenery were stunning. I would rate it as good value despite the lack of animals. The whole experience was wonderful.

We completely enjoyed our stay at blue Sky Hotel Yala. The Manager was extremely kind and fullfilled all kind of wishes. So, he arranged a perfect fullday Safari to Yala for us. His Brother is a really good wildlife Ranger and not only made us see leopards, elefants and many more but also managed that we often could enjoy the animals for ourself because he knew a lot of beautiful secret spots. Also, the Manager easily arranged a transfer to our next Stop. We definetaly recommend everybody to stay at Blue Sky Hotel!

We spent one night in Yala Jungle Haven, and did half day safari with the owner. The localisation of the hotel is absolutly amazing, very close to the entrance of the national parc, immersion into the nature 100% guaranteed ! Thusara and his nephew are really kind, and they did everything to organize for us a wonderful safari. We get lucky enough to see 2 leopards!! And they did everything to manage to be the really first one to come inside the park. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!!

Lovely hotel with a good room and nice swimming pool. Staff were really friendly and helpful when I cut my leg and got plasters for her. The restaurant manager, Samphah, ensured that we had a fabulous Sri Lankan curry for dinner. The location was convenient to access Yala NP. We went on an early Safari in Yala NP and they supplied a really nice packed breakfast. Paid by credit card with no charges.

This hotel is in an idyllic location overlooking lush paddy fields next to a stream which attracts beautiful birds. The staff are so caring and kind and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The food is lovingly prepared and served enthusiastically. They can help with any trip or journey you want to make including to the amazing Yala National Park.

The hotel is located right next to Yala National Park. The rooms are spread out and there is a nice private atmosphere.
