Everything is very fresh and new. We had a room with private bathroom. The birds singing was very soothing and we had great rest here. Be aware that breakfast needs to be ordered in advance and there are no shops or cafes nearby. We brought our own food so it was not a problem. Do ask owner about the wine they are making and taste it. It is absolutely marvelous and won some awards.

Very idealistic place. Not far from Rokiškis, but feels very private and secure. Great views. Beautiful garden, lake. Lots of activity. Lots of space. Friendly staff. Į would recomend it.

house and surroundings were better than in pictures - very private, quite stay. Facilities were clean, kitchen and bathroom had all whats needed, AC was needed and worked well.
