This is my second time visiting Chefchaouen. It's a fantastic experience staying in this family-run hotel. The host Ahmed is the most passionate guy I have ever met. Gave us all the necessary, no-nonsense, thorough, and current advices about touring Chefchaouen. They even set up a nice kitchen in the rooftop, which is not common here, so we can enjoy breakfast conveniently. The location is a little away from the touristic medina. But it's just a safe, short 10-15 minute walk. We did it twice. You just have to follow the major road. Or you can take a cheap taxi ride, around 20-30 MAD. Ahmed help us get the taxi twice going to the medina. Going back with taxi is no problem either. All our two taxi drivers know the place well. Overall, it's a nice place, and super value stay.

Great hotel just on the border of the Medina - 2min walk right into the heart of the old town. Modern and chic with great facilities. Clean and tidy bathroom and room kept cool with AC. Staff are friendly and helpful - they helped us organise a taxi to the bus stop and gave us recommendations on where to eat and see the best sunset in town. They even let us store our luggage whilst we waited for our bus after checkout. Many thanks to Lamya and the other hotel staff :)
