Location next to the old town and beach. Actually next to everything. Spacious room. Personnel and service at the beach. Very attentive and professional staff everywhere throughout the hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Gile who helped us with luggage and information about the hotel and surroundings. A true professional, hundred percent dedicated to his job with heart and soul! We had a wonderful stay at the Ruzmarin Hotel. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home in this family-run hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially towards the children. Joshy, the regular cleaner, sometimes gave them chocolates or beautiful drawing and sticker books, which they enjoyed throughout the trip—and even afterwards. Alexa was super friendly and always ready to help us with a smile or a drink. Everything went smoothly, and we received great assistance when renting a car. This truly is a family hotel: warm, welcoming, with a full and delicious breakfast, and a great kitchen. The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. We felt truly welcome with the kids. Every day we enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing on our little terrace by the pool, where we sometimes also enjoyed our meals. As a lovely farewell gesture, we received a delicious bottle of wine from the hotel owner to take home. :)

In the words of my 6 year old - best hotel ever! Although the photos looked lovely, the experience was even better. The staff were some of the kindest I have ever encountered and extremely friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, with a pretty nice view. The breakfast fresh and varied - and would also recommend the hotel restaurant (and its aquarium - a major draw for the children). The kids play area and the pool were also very nice.

The staff were so good and friendly. I'm gluten free and and its not really catered for anywhere in Budva. But the staff knew I loved the fruit and brought me out a bowl of delicious watermelon. They even got me a gluten free chocolate bar. My husband who can eat anything said the breakfast was one of best hes ever had. Fresh pancakes and a variety of home made pastries. I love this hotel and would recommend it.
