I had a fantastic short stay at Karibea Saint Luce Hotel. Everything about the experience was enjoyable—from the warm hospitality to the excellent accommodations. The location is superb, a short walk into the heart of the charming town of Ducos, and a similar walk in the other direction takes you to the canal where you can rent a kayak. There's a nice grocery store across the street from the hotel, and the airport is nearby, but not too near, so you don't hear the airplanes. The rooms have a private bathroom with shower, large closet, nice desk, a small refrigerator, an individual air conditioner that works well, and excellent tv reception on a nice quality tv. Everything is meticulously clean, and the service is superb.
