Both my partner and I not only enjoyed our 26 days there but became friends with the staff. Everyone e was very friendly, super helpful, multi talented with every aspect of the hotel. You didn't have to wait for anyone particular to help. They arranged for car rentals. Our heart felt thanks to the entire staff especially Vanessa, Paulina, Cesar, Ludo, Francesco, Mario and of course Donald Pinkney the General Manager for a wonder stay at a fantastic Adults only hotel with a exceptional & professional staff.

The daily breakfast was exceptional and varied regularly, with several options available. The hotel was very quiet and within short walking distance of all services and many fine restaurants. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The in-room air conditioning was very welcome, as was the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we always felt safe and secure. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! We loved everything about it, it’s always clean, they always have someone available at the front desk 24/7, extremely safe and organized, all staff are super kind, and the rooms are spacious and are even equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge in case you want to store some restaurant leftovers! Not to mention the location could not be more perfect, the centro and Chahue beach are both walking distance and it’s right behind Chedraui in case you want some groceries or need a quick cheap snack.

The staff were sooo good- Tania, Thomas, Sylvia, Armondo - just to name a few! The food was very good - even after 3 weeks we were very happy with the menu. The view, the pool and the beach were all great!

It is a place that we had never visited before.

It is a place that we had never visited before. We like the closeness to shopping and restraunts as 2 of us had mobility issues. People were very friendly. Taxi service available close by. Entertainment in the park 2 blocks away. Very clean city.

Make sure you find out which beaches are swimable before you...

Make sure you find out which beaches are swimable before you go, and if you go snorkling go with a guide. The currents can be strong - and some dangerous- so a guide will help avoid that and provide support. Public bathrooms have no toilet seats, sometimes there is no toilet paper, and sometimes the only way to flush is with water. The people are friendly and helpful and wonderful. Most do not speak English but you’ll make friends everywhere you go. The seafood is outrageously good. Eat as much seafood as you can. I didn’t go into town so I can’t speak to that. I loved it.

It is very very hot in May, I'm sure its more comfortable in December. The Zocalo area has many restaraunts and shops around it that are quite nice. The people are all very friendly and no pushy salespeople.

It's a clean well laid out city.

It's a clean well laid out city. Personally, though we liked it it was too Americanized for us for long term. We enjoyed Mazunte prior to arriving so that was more authentic and hip and to our style.

The Resort was clean and in a great location.

The Resort was clean and in a great location. Customer service at check-in was decent. Our only complaint was that our room did not have hot water. They did offer us a different room but it was late and to much trouble to repack. You are not allowed to bring offsite drinks or food to the pool you can only purchase food and drinks from the adjacent restaurant The adjacent restaurant was good and customer service was great.

Santa Cruz Huatulco is essentially a sun/heat/pool/beach location. Due to its increasing popularity as a tourist destination, prices have escalated in the last 4 years. In fact quite sustainably. Hotel, food and boat excursion prices are similar to those in most Canadian cities. Taxi fares are quite reasonable. If you are looking for cultural activities (museums, galleries, concerts, etc.), this is not a good location. Be prepared for earthquakes.

The location was in walking distance to everything. We were about 15 mins to both grocery stores Sorianna and Chedraui Everyday we either walked to santa cruz beach or Chahue beach , about a 20 min walk from the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was superb and delicious. We found are way around very easily and felt safe at nite time. Nite time was quiet . Found the beds to be very comfortable even though they are only double beds. Would recommend this hotel..

Casa Ceiba is a real Oasis were you can relax and enjoy your holidays to a maximum. The breathtaking views of the sea and the pool are stunning. We had an amazing time here. The lemon tart at breakfast was very delicious and the staff went over and beyond to take care of anything we asked for. We even got some kits that included tents for the beach which allowed us to go to the remote beach just beneath the hotel. I will definitely come back!!!!

The hotel is a small size resort, got a two bed room that I would find small for 4 people Their employees, most of them (reception people is drown in power) You can see a beautiful sunrise and most rooms are within the main jungle area so wild animals can be seen and heard

A very nice hotel at the end of the beach. We got the newly built rooms, which have a lovely decore and lighting. Many restaurants to pick from, located around the 2 pools.
