Clean, elegant, comfortable and so convenient. Staff are professional and you get an access to their lounge with the room booking. The lounge is clean and the food is yummy and it was such an experience. I highly recommend that if you have a long connection to certainly book. The only downside to it is that it's expensive. I wish they can review their prices a bit

It was our last night in Malaysia and we just wanted to relax. However, the hotel was a pleasant surprise. It used to be a regular hotel near the airport before, but the hotel has had a new owner since April of this year, and they have changed a lot of things. The first thing that visitors will notice is the massive pool. There are two pools, and both can easily accommodate over 50 people without feeling crowded. I think the larger pool is 50m. Another pleasant surprise was the late-night bar with live music. The bar is open till 0100 in the morning and there is a nice gym to break some sweat before diving in the pool. We were having problems booking a grab taxi from our rooms, but the girl at the reception booked a limo to the airport for us at a reasonable price. We also took a cab and visited the Mitsui outlet mall nearby. I stay at airport hotels only if I have an early morning flight and don't have too many expectations, but this is the first time that I enjoyed every moment of my stay at an airport hotel. For cat lovers, there are a few adorable and friendly cats in the hotel(I saw at least two but there may be more)
