Stefanie is very friendly and she explained to us the property very good as well as the rules. We used the extra phone charger that is offered to us and there's a free parking space. The breakfast has a lot of choices, it was more than enough and we slept very good. It was a good value and this place is highly recommended. Thanks for having us.

It was a very unique stay. Rooms were clean. The place had a nice atmosphere as it was especially a cow farm with animals that you can pet which was very cool!

    Lovely room with beautiful decoration, very clean, with excelent wi-fi and comfortable bed. Excellent location : right in the center of Alphen aan den Rijn, close to major cities and the coast ( especially if you have a car ). Biggest plus of this property is its amazing host : Jan Vic !!! Very kind, friendly, helpful, gave us many useful information and tips. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend it !!!

    We loved the warm welcome, and enjoyed experiencing first hand this converted Dutch barge which is an important part of local history - built in the town in 1926. This was a unique and budget friendly stay in the heart of Alphen aan den Rijn. We had good breakfasts and easy use of the facilities. Our hosts were friendly and attended any needs we had very happily.

    The rooms are spacious, a lot of light and comfortable beds. The hotel made a very nice gesture by letting us to visit the zoo from their territory for free. We totally recommend!
