The grounds are stunning, and so is the decor of the hotel. The breakfast is sumptuous! The hotel room was a very pleasing shape, as it was not square or rectangular, but had an interesting round window alcove with shutters. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had two choices of shower head. I also liked that scattered within the hotel were little seating areas and also very pretty garden areas with decorative statues and such. All in all an excellent hotel, very good value for money.

Interesting barn conversion with lots of attention to detail. It was unseasonably cold so our hosts lit the wood.burner , so it was really cosy to sit. Home made bread for breakfast, hens in garden producing breakfast eggs. Properly locally sourced breakfast.

On arrival the hostess offered us coffee and a slice of cake. The living area is equipped with a coffee and tea maker which is free to use. The room was spacious and accessible for people with a disability. The stay ended with a great breakfast.
