Our stay at Nusfjord Village Resorts transformed into a magical Lofoten odyssey beyond imagination. The charming fishing cabin became our perfect sanctuary - its rustic yet cozy interior design truly transported us back in time, letting us experience authentic fisherman's life with modern comforts. Waking up to breathtaking sunrise hues painting the fjord, then falling asleep under dancing Northern Lights through our cabin windows created moments forever etched in our memories. The property's serene atmosphere provided ultimate relaxation, while Karoline Restaurant elevated our culinary journey with exceptional Arctic flavors. Their breakfast spread with freshly baked bread became our daily ritual, and dinner's creative interpretation of local seafood left us speechless - particularly the signature cod dish that still lingers in our taste buds. What truly set this experience apart was the genuine warmth of staff members who remembered our names and shared fascinating local stories. Their thoughtful recommendations for hidden hiking trails led us to discover secluded beaches with starfish-covered shores. This unique blend of cultural immersion, natural wonders, and five-star hospitality exceeded all expectations. We departed not just as satisfied guests, but as temporary members of this historic fishing community. Nusfjord Village has rewritten our definition of a perfect Nordic getaway!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had the most wonderful time! Our cabin was first line on the shore, which offered us stunning views from the living room, sunsets and rainbows. The cabin is very homy, cosy and comfy, it was such a pleasure to get back to it after a long day outside exploring the wild Lofoten nature. Floor heating was very enjoyable as we had some rainy and cold weather during our stay. The cabins are close to each other but small "walls" on each side give you very nice privacy and we definitely felt like the only ones in the world. Also the location was perfect to discover the south of Lofoten. We hope to come back some day and definitely recommend!

Stunning location, well equipped place and nice and warm. Minimal light pollution other than occasional traffic from the road around the fjord so great for looking for aurora. Spectacular mountain adjacent and fjord panorama views for when the aurora isn't on.
