I was absolutely satisfied with my room and my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the kitchen quite often, and it was well-equipped. I also managed to wash and dry my clothes, hair dryer, vending machine were also handy. The hotel has a good location, it was easy to get around. The only time I saw the Aurora was right in front of the hotel, so the hilltop location is fab! I could also watch youtube on TV, and connect my usb and watch movies. I highly recommend staying here!

The room wasn’t big, but cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is provided with essential utensils and most importantly, salt, pepper, a bottle of olive oil, and sachets of coffee, creamer and sugar! These are not usual amenities in most apart-hotels I stayed at. And what’s more, there are replacement sachets, as well as fresh towels, available in the laundry room if needed. By the way, you wash your clothes for free, so forget about coins, tokens or apps! All in my room worked fine, the wifi was great and my review would not be complete if I missed the chance to remark the warm welcome and goodbye by the receptionists – all of them are super!!! Since Lady Aurora didn’t show up during my (unfortunately) short stay in Tromso, I'll be back, and the Enter City Apartment Hotel will positively be my choice again.
