The hotel was within a short tram ride from the town centre and the famous Bryggen area. Comfortable and modern with fantastic staff. They were the best thing about the place, so open and friendly.

The design and interiors are superb, feels like staying in a vintage castle. The Frescohallen restaurant is a tourist attraction in itself. The hotel staff was always helpful and smiling - they resolved all requests promptly. The room had a fantastic view of the lit up streets, we spent a lot of time indoors as it was Christmas but had no complaints whatsoever. Location is also superb - walkable from all popular spots.
