The facilities are amazing and the staff are delightful. We loved being here for 4 days as we got to use everything. The pool and spa are so lovely after hiking all day. The gym is nice and clean with good quality equipment. Loen is a fantastic destination, so much to see and do. The Fjord and the lake are stunning and it was all easily accessible from Hotel Alexandra. We will definitely be back.

Don't understand any bad comments - it was a good and quick commication with the landlord, a quiet place, clean and a big room with two big comfy double queen size bed, a large bath room with a large shower; some dish and a hidden table to eat something. further free access to gym ith sauna (devided into m/w).

Amazing views of the glacier, new and very well equipped cabin. Beds were comfy, staff was friendly and helpful. You can use boats and and pedal boats for free, so we went fishing and caught some small trout in the lake. We spent one night, but it is definitely worth spending more time here if you have time.
