Such an incredible place!
Such an incredible place! I visited in off season and two out of three days had good enough weather to explore. The third day had the most intense wind I have experienced, so it wasn’t safe to explore. I was happy with this experience but depending on what you want you may want to visit in summer, so that the trails aren’t so muddy. Perfect place with lot of restaurants, Super Market, walkable distance from Å and Moskenes Ferry Port. You can get Budget friendly stays here instead of staying at the expensive ones at Reine. Lovely area for exploring the south of Lofoten.
Lovely area for exploring the south of Lofoten. The village is small and there is a Joker supermarket which is well stocked for all your needs. The scenery is stunning, we arrived in October and the autumn colours were just gorgeous. The village is very close to the ferry terminal for departing to and arriving from the Bodo making it an ideal location if you arrive in the evening and don't fancy a drive to your accommodation.
