For the first time I stayed in a camp as a solo traveller. I don’t know what are standards, so I was pleasantly surprised how modern was this one. The cabin equipped with everything you might need as well as other facilities (kitchen, bathrooms). What I really appreciated was that they let me check-in two hours earlier so I could start exploring the area right after my arrival to Aurland.

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.

The location is fantastic, the apartment is quite big with lots of space and we had everything we needed. Moreover, the team is extremely helpful and kind. We were stunned by how quiet the place is, and the view is just breathtaking. It is amazing to wake up with this landscape!

Comfortable, clean and well-appointed apartment right on the waterfront with fabulous views of the fjord. The staff are friendly and helpful, and food in the restaurant is excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. The apartments are less than a 5 minute walk to the Flåm railway, and the main harbour from where there are boat excursions to the fjord. It was peaceful and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

This refurbished 1800s manor house is in Flåm, 200 metres from the Aurlandsfjord. It provides a restaurant, a large garden and free WiFi access.

Awesome location and property. Staff is super friendly, hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was awesome, coffee was even better!

What did I like? Everything! Staff was polite and helpful. Provided us with a free room upgrade. Room was clean. Not exactly spacious but also not small - a very comfortable size. Shower pressure was great. While breakfast selection is not a great variety (like asia hotels), but it was great - quality foods. English breakfast & continental breakfast selection.
