We felt really welcomed from the beginning. Nice self-service breakfast. Our host was responsive and friendly, providing excellent tips and ideas for our trip. Considerate, by his own initiative making the room ready earlier because it was raining cats and dogs outside. Good location and private car parking. Good and clear instructions for self-check in.

The location is amazing, 10 minutes out from Matamata surrounded by beautiful mountain and farmland scenery. Brenda was very welcoming and friendly. Her cat even more so! The bed was to die for and it was lovely to relax in the hot tub in the evening. My daughter loved the garden with the play equipment and little Hobbit hole. Great location to go to Hobbiton and Tauranga.
