Jill and her team are wonderful hosts.Very welcoming and care so well for the needs of their guests If you value a spacious, comfy and nicely decorated room in a historical building with quite a story and also like recommendations about what to see in the area- this is the perfect place. We would definetetly come back as we felt well from the first contact.It is also the perfect location for the last stay out of the Catlins moving North or the first going South Thank you so much, Jill, hope to come by again

Owaka Lodge was a great overnight stop, in a small hamlet. It was clean, plenty of hot water. Gaynor is an excellent hostess, very chatty and the buns were a bonus

This is a beautiful location with really lovely hosts. Waking up to the sounds of birds was great. And then hearing the playful donkeys asking for breakfast later in the morning was fun too. But the accommodation was a perfect location for a quiet getaway while being close to a lot of the natural beauty attractions in the area.

Staying at the Tiny House was a great new experience close to nature. We loved the silence and peace below the big trees. We also loved the sound of the birds singing. The house was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked fine. A small roof above the front door would be more  comfortable, though. We can really recommend staying at Tiny House.
