The hosts are very lovely. It's like visiting friends who help you when you need their help. Otherwise, you can enjoy your time there undisturbed on your own, with a wonderful view from the great swing on the veranda.

Location was beautiful with a native bush walk, lovely views, peaceful and quiet. The hosts Julie and Nick were very friendly and welcoming. The log house is absolutely amazing, we have never been in a house like it, the craftmanship is incredible ! The continental breakfast was great too. A wonderful stay ! Thank you Julie and Nick we will see you again.

Terrific location in Kaikohe on the main street. Easy to find and run by a wonderful manager - Mihi. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome. There were secure facilities for our car and bikes (we were doing the Twin Coast Cycle trail).
