this is a lovely modern well equipped hotel run by a lovely family. Fabulous bed and bedding and a heater in the room was greatly appreciated. breakfast was very good and filling. highly recommend.

Everything. The room is so comfortable, cute and distinctive. Yoel and Cidelia are the most accommodating, warm and helpful hosts. The location is off the beaten track (but hosts facilitated transport from Ollantaytambo and to Cusco at a very reasonable cost) and right by some ruins that we were able to explore with no other people there. Views of snowcapped mountains from our room too! Food was great and we were able to cook our own Lomo Saltado (with supplied ingredients and guidance) at no additional cost. Alpacas too so cute and so friendly! Overall a wonderful stay and exceptional value!

Very unprofessional! Despite the confirmed booking and a text message that I sent few hours before the check In, the host replied that she couldn’t receive me because she was away. She never cancelled the booking of informed me of anything. I had to find another place
