Super nice brand new lodge well equipped with everything you may need. The owner she is super nice and polite and this Made our stay so much better than just a nice stay in a nice lodge. She also suggested us a 1 day trip around Tahiti that we found lovely, including suggestion about where to eat and take a drink. The lodge is new, really beautiful, fresh (AC), close to the airport as well as to the central area, super clean! Also, if you need a car the lodge owner also rents cars just there at the lodge and this is very comfortable. I strongly recommend booking here, we really loved our stay.

The apartment is exactly as described - spacious, comfortable, well equipped and quiet. It is super clean and well decorated and it has a wonderful balcony. The wi-fi was readily available and good. The location feels very safe. The owners/hosts are friendly and truly helpful. When booking, all our messages concerning the stay were promptly and efficiently answered. The owner kindly agreed to provide for transportation from/to the airport and this worked very well - no strain upon arrival, no stress upon departure. We also got precious practical help in booking for transportation and useful/well informed advice and recommendations.

The room & bathroom was specious, super clean and beautifully decorated with flowers and 2 slices of cake when we arrived. Private & quiet location with comfy bed in air conditioned room. Ingrid (owner/host) could not have been more helpful. She collected a suitcase from another hotel and stored it for us while we were on the islands. And when our return flight got cancelled we were able to stay a second night and Ingrid dropped us to the airport for a 3 am departure. We felt so well looked after!

I made a late evening reservation due to a last minute change in my travel plans after arriving at the Tahiti airport. I needed an overnight stay and was lucky I found such a good accommodation for which the host Wilfred made even better as we discussed visiting nearby Moorea island and the two ferry options to get there (select the white boat 😊). He showed me around the outdoor lounge and kitchen area adjacent to the pool. The area has a great view of the sky and ocean since the LODGE sits atop hills. The personal touches are things one would not receive at a standard hotel. I’d definitely recommend the LODGE to others.

A short taxi ride from downturns and the airport but our hosts made all our bookings and shops and a market were a 10 minute walk down the hill. It can be a little hot walking in Tahiti. Traffic chaotic if you come from a quiet location.

Very hard to locate the actual apartment as there are no signs and the name appears to be wrong. Lucky for us to find a lovely generous occupant who helped us into our studio apartment. Fair walk to the shops due to the property being so high up the hill but the views from our balcony was fabulous. The swimming pool was a very big plus.

When we arrived from the States, we took a taxi to Pepeete...

When we arrived from the States, we took a taxi to Pepeete for proximity to the ferry terminal (we were headed to Moorea next day). Flying back from another island in FP a few weeks later, we stayed in Faaa since we would be flying back to the States the next day. Now we know, we'd stay in Faaa on both ends and taxi to the ferry terminal if we were planning to go to Moorea next.

Faaa itself is OK.

Faaa itself is OK. It's the Royal room in the hills tgat was problematic.The room is not really as described. Seems it's run by someone else than the owner, possibly absentee house owner. Many people come and go from the Royal. One group came for a visit and occupied the terrace. They were polite and quiet but smoked, so no joining for us. The house cleaness is questionable and it appears there is more lodgers than the one the who sleep in the loft. Living room dingy with curtains closed and sofa. Underfurnished. The bedding feels cheap and polyester-like. Parking is a total headache on a narrow ledge. Finally someone came to move own car but with another motorcycle in the small place that was hardly useful. Dog poo was there, easy to step in. It's close to airport but there are nicer places to stay than here. Valley location was nice. Otherwise do not recommend this place. As to airport facility, it was easy to park a car at longterm to jump to another island for 2 days.

I didn’t have breakfast probably because I had to leave really early. 6.40am Reva was amazing in that she picked me up from the airport and gave me a lift back early morning. In the evening her husband dropped me off at a restaurant then Reva brought me back. Taxis in Tahiti are really expensive so this was fantastic!

I'm sure there's a reason this is a motel category but in the room you can feel like in nice hotel. The bed is huge and comfortable and the view through a big window is spectacular. Distance to the airport is ok and even with backpacks we were able to walk it.

The location is via a dirt track that hasn’t been cleaned since Hiro first found the island. Arrive by taxi so you don’t notice it. The place is very basic and there are better airport hotels for the money.
