Caticlan is a small community mostly used for by travelers to ferry between the mainland and Boracay. If you so happen to stay longer then there are tours into the hills. At the Port there is a bank, 7/11, pharmacy and many other stores. Also a high volume of security personnel. Very safe place. There is free cold and hot water, there is a small eatery at the ground floor where we helped ourselves with a hefty breakfast at a very affordable price.
