I have no regrets about choosing Seda Hotel for my overnight stay with my mother. The restaurant staff surprised her at breakfast with a cake and a heartfelt rendition of 'Happy Birthday.' Good location if you want to be in the center of activities, shopping, eating. But during Maskarra festival, it can be very noisy.

I liked the street UrbanView was on in Bacolod City, very close to ATMs, restaurants, and even a Starbucks a block or two away (on the same side of Lacson Street even).

The room was very nice, a recent renovation, the A/C was adjustable so you didn't freeze at 3 am. A very comfortable room.
