I have no regrets about choosing Seda Hotel for my overnight stay with my mother. The restaurant staff surprised her at breakfast with a cake and a heartfelt rendition of 'Happy Birthday.' I liked the street UrbanView was on in Bacolod City, very close to ATMs, restaurants, and even a Starbucks a block or two away (on the same side of Lacson Street even).
