The food was amazing at the restaurant. my only wish was to see some more traditional polish foods on the menu. when I travel to different countries I always try to enjoy local foods which I didn’t find on the menu. that being said I really enjoyed the pasta I did have, which was better than anything I had in Italy even. the facilities were amazing after a day of travelling. being able to relax in the sauna or pools really helped.

We liked everything. The hotel is well-oriented for families with children. It has a fabulous children's room and a swimming pool (the children's area is super warm). In the pool, there are different rings, armbands, balls, etc. Also, at the entrance to the hotel, there are sleds that hotel residents can take for free. There is a sled hill right in front of the hotel (free). There is a store nearby.

The room, the staff, the restaurant, the parking, the area where the hotel is situated. Apart from the Booking.com Genius Upgrade the hotel gave us for sure the best room they have. Silent, beautiful view outside, a small river close by and a spacious parking. The room was big and very clean. Bathroom, big and very clean. Including heating. A nice and big balcony. At night 100% silent (good isolation). The staff, at arrival and at checking out speak good English and German and are very friendly. Same as the staff in the fantastic restaurant. The breakfast is pure quality. A wide choice of food with many delicious items that really (positive) surprised us. The hotel at itself is beautiful and just a few minutes driving from the centre of the very nice village. It is clear to us that the owner and his son perfect know what it means to be one of the best. For sure we will visit you again.

Super children friendly place, somehow it’s organized the way parents also get their rest while kids are having a good time. I loved the water area, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pools (huge ones) were really amazing. I loved that you can borrow what you need for your kids(all ages)

    As a typical mountain resort, Karpacz is a bit more expensive than your usual Polish town. The town itself is very nice, with nice churches and mountain-style houses. I recommend visiting the alpine coaster. The dam is also nice with a nice coffee spot on the top side.

    Karpacz at this time of year is quite empty, which made it very peaceful and enjoyable. It’s a charming town with great food and plenty of natural attractions. Just be sure to carry some cash, as parking often requires payment and card options aren't always available.

    Very beautiful town with historical building and churches. Lovely mountain views, fantastic walks in the national parks. Personally, next time I would avoid going over Christmas, it was very busy. Fantastic local food!

    The town is a lovely place for a few nights stay.

    The town is a lovely place for a few nights stay. There are traditional markets/shops on the streets, it is well decorated over winter, there are many activities to do, snow in the winter and many ski lifts. The best ski lift is for Kopa, which is an open ski lift for 4 people per seat and the views from Kopa are beautiful (and dogs travel free of charge). From there you can climb Śnieżka. Alternatively, about an hour away driving you can head to the Czech Republic and get a cable car all the way up to Śnieżka

    The Wang church was a great experience.

    The Wang church was a great experience. We visited the swimming pool in Hotel Golebiewski and we took the lift to the Kopa and climbed to the Sniezka. It is very easy to walk in Karpacz. We recommend the climbing park and the Alpine Coaster.

    If you love mountains then this is the place for you.

    If you love mountains then this is the place for you. There are many walking trails to follow and you can go for more popular and famous ones or get off the beaten track , as you prefer. Lots of nice places to eat too, both in the city and in the surrounding countryside.

    Great hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beginning of the hiking trail to Snezka. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. The hotel also has a jacuzzi with sauna, and it is also possible to reserve an hour in the private SPA with panorama view for extra 220 PLN, which we also tried and it was great - the price also included a bottle of prosecco and a cheese platter. Simply an amazing experience, we'd love to come back in the future! :)

    We liked everything here! The hotel is in a good location. Our room was spacious, modern designed and very clean. Wonderful spa area, warm water in the pool, sauna and everything are included in the price. Breakfast is delicious and has a large choice. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas Holidays, what created a wonderful atmosphere :)

    Everything was clean and pretty new. Location is great within Karpacz itself, the city center is literaly around the corner. Underground garage was also great, although the parking spaces are not that big and big SUVs might have an issue. All and all really great value for the money, self-checkin was also smooth, can definitely recommend.
